Lawyer filed a lawsuit before the Administrative Court to cancel the award honorary doctorate to the Suzanne Mubarak, wife of the former president.
Said Mustafa Raslan, a lawyer, in his petition that the decision was''a courtesy call on former President Hosni Mubarak, under the pressure of the dissolved National Party and its leaders and cadres are corrupt, ignoring the conditions and criteria for granting an honorary doctorate''.
As stated in the lawsuit that Susan Mubarak does not deserve an honorary doctorate of those that have been withheld from those who deserve honorable Egyptians who have served the country did not think the university and the state in granting the doctorate awarded to those who do not deserve.
He pointed out that Ruslan had been identified an urgent meeting on May 30 for consideration in that case
